      People, customers and agents

      Click or tap a face
Their chat opens in the left rail, and the world frames them until it closes; Details shows who, where and their todos
      Hover a face
It lights up, with their name and status
      Press and hold
A voice message, recorded in their chat; release to send, drag away to cancel
      Enter, Space
On a focused face: the chat; tap Space for the name, hold to record
      Live row
Top of the rail: one avatar per call. Click folds its card in or out, hold answers or joins
      Face piles
Under every building; click the pile or its +N for who and what is inside
      Rails
People on the left, my tasks on the right; the chevrons collapse them to strips

      Moving things

      Press and move
Pick up a person, an asset, a customer or (in the sky) an agent; it lifts and follows the pointer. Holding still records a voice note instead
Drop a person on a building
Working there today, or change their schedule
      Drop a customer on someone
      They handle that conversation now
      A lock while dragging

      Calls

      A ringing building
A call nobody has picked up; its card is at the top of the people rail
A glowing line to an agent
An agent is on a call: Listen, Whisper, Take over
      Hold the call card
      Answer by voice

      Placing

      Click an empty plot
A new building there (in Build)
      R
      Rotate the footprint while placing
      Arrow keys, Enter
Step the footprint and place it
      The dashed ring
Placing on it, or on the edge, grows the board
      Esc
      Cancel

      The network

      Buildings beyond the board
Linked businesses, labelled with the external groups you put them in; click one for its card
      The road to each
Requests and messages in flight; in the sky the line between our agent and theirs lights while they talk
      My tasks, the building icon
Network: invite a business by its domain, your external groups and what their links carry
      Map, Network map
The directory, each business as precisely as it chose to be shown

      Experimental features

Parts of Overblast that are built and tested in parts but not yet proven end to end carry an Experimental pill; ones on in production but not yet walked through on staging carry Beta. How a feature graduates: docs/feature-maturity.md.
